Elderly 68ers And Elderly Professional Catholics Gather to Defend Dismissed Diocesan Administrator

Edit: after looking at the photos, which I took a little time to find in the Salzburger Nachrichten, the “Mündige Christen” assembled here look more like the elderly Christians you find at We Are Church gatherings with crappy folk music . No offense to older people, but I’ll bet these people’s  children and grandchildren don’t even talk to them. The Apostolic Administrator, Guggenberger had been subjected to an apostolic visitation for reasons of financial irregularities and his management of the diocese and has been dismissed by Francis. It seems that these “Catholics” too find fault with Pope Francis and Cardinal Schönborn!

600 participants are showing signs of solidarity with former diocesan administrator Guggenberger and the resentment regarding the handling of ecclesiastical authorities with the allegations against the former ordinary of Gurk, Bishop Schwarz

Klagenfurt (kath.net/KAP) A rally as a sign of solidarity with the former Carinthian diocesan administrator, Engelbert Guggenberger and the indignation regarding the handling of ecclesiastical authorities with allegations against the former Gurk Bishop, Alois Schwarz, took place on Wednesday evening in Klagenfurt Cathedral. According to a report on the website of the diocese, about 600 people took part in the invitation to "Mature Christians" forum. Due to bad weather, the event was relocated from the cathedral square to the church.

Four speeches formed the main focus of the event. Works Council Chairman Gabriel Stabentheiner, former President of tCatholic Action Austria, Gerda Schaffelhofer, and Dean Yuri Buch spoke for the forum "Verbal Christians". Ordinary Chancellor Jakob Ibounig gave a speech. In the statements, the speakers expressed their solidarity with Guggenberger, the provost of the diocese, who had been deposed as diocesan administrator. At the same time, "a renewed and vehement demand was made for the uninterrupted publication by Rome of the results of the diocesan test report and the Apostolic Visitation of Archbishop Franz Lackner," according to the online report. At the same time, the role of the entire cathedral chapter should be honored during the one-year vacancy.

For the "solidarity and support" Cathedral Rector Guggenberger expressed his gratitude in the presence of the entire Gurk cathedral chapter to those present. The rally is impressive evidence that "the Catholic Church in Carinthia has raised its profile through the rather painful experiences of the past year," Guggenberger is quoted. The rally shows "on the occasion of a crisis situation, how Church can arrive in the 21st century".

It is about democratic culture, about "standards that we have already been thankful for  in society" and where the Church still needs to take action. If there is a lack of maturity, it is necessary to demand it, the Dean said. He is therefore "very grateful if you continue to work on the matter, we will do it," announced Guggenberger.

The "Forum" invited the participants to come to the publication of the results of the visitation every Wednesday at 18 clock in Klagenfurt Cathedral for prayer. A prayer for the country by pompous Peter Allmaier and a blessing prayer from Cathedral Rector Guggenberger formed the conclusion of the rally, which was musically accompanied by the trio Drava and the church choir St. Jakob / Rosental.

The rally took place without the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Gurk, Military Bishop Werner Freistetter, who was appointed by Pope Francis on Friday (June 28). He has replaced the just administrator Guggenberger who’d been elected just under a year as the head of the diocese and was to have led them until a new bishop was appointed.

Schönborn Covering up for Financial Irregularities of His Bishop

Works Council Chairman of the Catholic Church Carinthia is sharply criticizing Schönborn: he should cease to write the public of as stupid. Rome has long been aware of all the information. "Profil”: Schwarz also in the Economic Council of the Archdiocese of Vienna

Vienna (kath.net) The Viennese Cardinal Christoph Schönborn is now under pressure in the Causa "Bishop Alois Schwarz". He said in an interview with ORF Niederösterreich on Wednesday that he was "confident" that there would be an "honest clarification" of the allegations against the former Carinthian Bishop Alois Schwarz. "If charges are made against a bishop, then you have to of course explore, examine and look at it.” This statement makes Carinthia shake his head.

On Thursday, Gabriel Stabentheiner, Organizational Officer in the Church Contribution Service of the Diocese of Gurk-Klagenfurt and Chairman of the Works Council of the Catholic Church, Carinthia, published an open letter to Cardinal Schönborn. Schönborn is sharply criticized in this letter. And Schönborn is called upon to stop "constantly placating the public with such statements or writing  them of as stupid.” According to Stabentheiner, Rome has known about everything for a long time. He himself was with a group of people a few years ago to visit the competent Bishop, Alois Kothgasser to inform him about the conditions in the diocese, writes Stabentheiner and who continues to ask. "Why was Schwarz made the financial bishop?" However, he already knew everything, Stabentheiner then asks Schönborn why he also made Schwarz the financial bishop of the Episcopal Conference. Schwarz himself is silent to all accusations so far.

Meanwhile, in the Cause "Bishop Schwarz" now another Austrian news magazine has weighed in. As reported by the news magazine "Profil", the Diocese of Gurk owns a house on the Rabensteig in downtown Vienna, in which Schwarz rented an apartment. The rent for the apartment, which has more than 100 square meters, is estimated at 1900 euros. However, Black paid less than half of it, reports "Profil." According to a spokeswoman the present bishop of St. Pölten, Schwarz, has dissolved the lease.

In addition, according to the magazine Schwarz has violated canon law. This is evident from the test report submitted by the Gurk cathedral chapter, which at the beginning of the year 2018 dissolved the economic council provided for in the statutes of the diocese of Gurk. Incidentally, according to "Profil,” Schwarz is even on the Economic Council of the Archdiocese of Vienna, where he supervises its conduct.

Austrian Bishop: "Even Jesus Struggled at First Learning Diversity"

Edit: Bishop Schwarz is an advocate for married clergy as a solution to the "abuse crisis" and We Are Church, among others.
(Vienna) The crisis of the Church is not least described as a crisis of the bishops. This includes the pandering to the Zeitgeist and political power. Currently, the especially unconditional support of mass immigration, including concomitant Islamization of Europe is at a premium. Any means seems acceptable to justify it, even the degradation of Jesus Christ, true God and true man, to an arbitrarily bendable decal.
A  bonmot in new speak and Episcopal confusion, which is a "delicacy" in Austria, was recently uttered by the Austrian Bishop of Gurk- Klagenfurt, Msgr. Alois Schwarz.
On January 7, he gave the opening speech at the Pastoral Conference 2016 Austrian Pastoral Institute (ÖPI) in Salzburg. "Pluralism in Society and the Church" was the politically correct topic.
As Kathpress, the news agency of the Austrian Bishops' Conference and the website of the Diocese of Gurk-Klagenfurt reported, the bishop addressed some 300 people with: "Even Jesus struggled at first  learning diversity."
Jesus supposedly was obliged  "to learn" what "was   beyond the borders of the chosen people of Israel,  'to open up to and acknowledge strangers for their approach to salvation," said the bishop. "God strengthened in fact, 'abided diversity,'" quoted Kathpress. Bishop Schwarz  described a "learning process" of Jesus. Jesus is supposed to have [...] "learned, 'to be available to everyone' and to allow diversity',  said  Schwarz.."

Bishop of Linz Offers Cathedral For Traditional Ordination on July 4th

(Linz), On July 4, 2015   a  deacon of the traditional  Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) will be ordained a priest  in the Cathedral of Linz. The event is noteworthy as the consecration year of Peter Society  has traditionally used a suitable dedicated church around Wigratzbad. Above all, however, it is because it's the first time  a priestly ordination has been held in the traditional rite in the cathedral church of the home diocese by the bishop. It's a  unique novelty in the German-speaking countries since the foundation of the Fraternity of St. Peter in the year 1988.
Deacon Philip Faschinger from Vorderweißenbach in Upper Austria, is to be ordained a priest.  The consecration in Linz will take place at the request of the diocesan bishop Ludwig Schwarz SDB Maria [!], who has just completed his 75th year since the diocese of Linz in 2015 does not have a priestly candidate. The bishop does not want to finish his tenure  without a vocation, as it is goes in the bishops' world.
The General Council of the Fraternity of St. Peter has finally agreed to the exception  in this year as one has been granted to a French candidate. The French-Canadian candidates of consecration of the vintage of 2015 are to be consecrated the first time in Canada.

Peter Society in Linz has the Same Amount of Seminarians as the Whole Diocese

The New Cathedral of Linz
The Diocese of Linz has in the last several years, no priestly ordinations for the diocese. The vocations in the diocese are at a low ebb. The situation is different at the Peter Society of Linz, which is said to have currently as many seminarians as the entire diocese of Linz.
Young men who feel called,  search, in the Diocese of Linz it's  either a community of tradition or the community of an old monastery. In the past academic year two diocesan seminarians left for monasteries. The diocese fills the thinned ranks of seminarians with some African candidates who prefer to stay in Europe.
The ordinations speak for themselves: In the Diocese of Linz, a candidate of the Fraternity of St. Peter  was consecrated in   the traditional rite and two order priests were consecrated in the new rite in 2015. On August 16, Bishop Schwarz ordained  the Cistercian monk Otto Rothammer in the Collegiate Church Wilhering, and on 13 September, the Norbertine Canon Matthew Stuphann in the Collegiate Church  of Schlägl.

Choose vocations tradition or ancient monasteries

On July 4 ordination, on July 5 Primiz
Originally, the ordination of deacon Faschinger was to take place on June 29, at the feast of the apostles Peter and Paul, in a traditional consecration day in the diocese. By contrast, there was some resistance in the diocese and since priestly anniversaries are also traditionally celebrated on this day. Not all, it was said, found  the "old rite reasonable". As a compromise, the ordination  was elected for the 4th of July.
On June 29, a Vietnamese Cistercian is now but unexpectedly to be ordained in the Cathedral of Linz in the new rite. The monk Gregor Nguyen from the Abbey An Phuoc studied in Heiligenkreuz. His studies were made possible through his support of the Upper Austrian Cistercian Abbey of Schlierbach. After his ordination he will return to his abbey in Vietnam. The consecration in Linz was apparently organized on such short notice that even the Schlierbach Monastery is still not aware of it. The sudden "balance" of a consecration in the old and the new consecration rite must have given "some relief" to the diocesan hierarchy.
The ordination of Philipp Faschinger FSSP will start in Mariendom (New Cathedral) on Saturday, on the 4th of July at 10 O'clock. On Sunday, July 5, the new priests will celebrate his first Mass in the Church of the Fraternity of St. Peter in Linz. The solemn High Mass in the Minorite Church in  Linz (country church) starts at 8:30 clock.

Consecrated Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Linz

The Cathedral of Linz is a St. Mary's Church. It is dedicated to the Immaculate Conception and is still called the "New Cathedral" by the residents of Linz even after its inauguration a   century ago. Its construction dates back to the Bishop of Linz, the Servant of God, Franz Joseph Rudigier (1811-1884). Bishop Rudigier is an outstanding figure among the diocesan bishops of the diocese established in 1785, and therefore according to ecclesiastical understanding, a fledgling diocese. The proclamation of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception by Pope Pius IX. in 1854 encouraged Bishop Rudigier to advance the construction of a new diocesan church, which was dedicated to the Marian dogma. Until then  the former Jesuit church, popularly known today "Old Cathedral", served as cathedral.
The actual construction work on the neo-Gothic St. Mary's Cathedral began when the groundbreaking ceremony took place in 1862. In 1924 after a war-related interruption,  the consecration of the church too place, which was only completed in 1935.The twin-towered Linz Cathedral is on dimensions and capacity, the largest church in Austria. The Immaculata bell of more than eight tons is the second largest bell in Upper Austria.

In the Minorite Church the bridge for the rite of all time took place

The Minoritenkirche of Linz, which is where the first Mass will be held on July 5th, already dates from the early 13th century. This is the first branch of the Friars Minor in Upper Austria documented in 1235, but is likely to already have been formed immediately after the death of St. Francis of Assisi. The Franciscans played from then on a central role in the pastoral care of the city. In the wake of the Protestant "Reformation" vocations declined so much that the monastery had to be abandoned. The authorities  tore the convent buildings down in1562 and erected a villa in its place.  The church was supervised for several decades by the Jesuits. In 1679 the Franciscans came back in the branch of the Friars Minor in Linz and took over the pastoral care again in their church. In addition to church and villa they built a new monastery and built from 1751 the Gothic church in the late Baroque style with Rococo approaches. The choir stalls in the rear nave date back to the Gothic church. In 1785 the Linz Minorite Cloister was shut by the  Klostersturm of Emperor Joseph II.   The second monastery was integrated as part of the villa. The church has since been assigned to the province of Upper Austria, which is why it is also called "Villa Church".
In the Diocese of Linz,   the Minorite church figured peculiarly in the liturgical reform of 1969/1970. The diocesan priest Josef Kronsteiner, from 1943-1981 Domkapellmeister in Linz, was a lecturer at the diocesan seminary and professor at the Bruckner Conservatory (now Anton Bruckner Private University for Music, Drama and Dance), rejected the liturgical reform and celebrated still in the Immemorial Rite of All Ages. Because of his reputation in the diocese the Landhausstraße church was finally made available. Thus it  was the musician, composer and especially priest, Josef Kronsteiner formed the bridge  in the period by which the celebration of the traditional rite in the Diocese of Linz was never broken. After his death,  another retired diocesan priest continued the celebration in the traditional rite, until 1991 when the chaplaincy at the Minorite church was transferred to the FSSP founded in 1988.
The Fraternity of St. Peter has its own office in Linz, which is usually supported by several priests. The FSSP ever provides for a dignified and reverent celebration of the Sacred Liturgy. It is a proclamation, administering the sacraments and pastoral obligation that includes the entire, nearly two thousand years of tradition of the Catholic Church and is faithful to the mandate and committed to the teaching of Jesus Christ. It's a seed that falls on fertile ground, as vocations show.

The Easy World of Some Prelates -- Looking Away and Adjusting to the Powers of the World

From Giuseppe Nardi
(Rome) The incomprehensible words of Bishop Nunzio Galantino, the Secretary General of the Italian Episcopal Conference has unleashed resentment and disappointment among Catholics worldwide.  Particularly irritating is   the true fact that Bishop Galantino was appointed by Pope Francis and is the strong man in the Bishops' Conference.   Is it not the Pope who continuously criticized careerism and comfort? But what other than comfort, could there be if bishops refrain from the defense of Catholic doctrine and make dialectical tricks to bring themselves into line with the world? Bishop Galantino constructed in an interview with the Italian newspaper Quotidiano Nazionale (QN) a contrast between ethical questions that he played off against each other (see separate report Bergoglio Effect: Secretary of the Bishops' Conference Distances Himself from Pro-Lifers ). He opposed the commitment to the right for the life of children against concern for employment and health.
The bishop revealed that the opposition to abortion has become annoying to  part of the Church hierarchy because it strains  a congenial relationship of the Catholic Church with the ruling forces. Not only the left-wing parties, but also increasingly the bourgeois parties exclude any discussion of abortion legislation. Rather, the consent to abortion has become  a condition for government funding or even for licensing  as is done  in the U.S.. Government by Obama

The powerful want  child murder? Hooray We Cave In

Bishop Galantino  spoke openly about  what not a few bishops have long implied indirectly. The right to life issue and the Pro-Lifers disturb the good relations with those less and less influenced by Christianity in power, politics and the media. To express this, the new Secretary General of the startled Italian Episcopal Conference by not hesitating to caricature the Pro-Lifers in a condescending manner. That and the new Chairman of the American Bishops' Conference, Archbishop Joseph Edward Kurtz kneeling in front of abortion clinics praying the rosary, would be passed over in silence by Galantino. He, for one, will not do it. Not only that, those who do it, disturb the influential prelates. Probably because they are a constant reminder to the conscience.

Padre Pio and the Power of Prayer

Does  Bishop Galantino  not believe  in the power of prayer when he finds it so inappropriate and  makes derogatory judgments on those who pray against abortion? "Prayer is the best weapon we have. It is the key that opens the heart of God ", however, was what St. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina said.
"Bishop Galantino, maybe you should just sit through a prayer vigil where people witness to the faith witness against the greatest crime in human history, while others are comfortably sitting at home," said Pro-Lifers Michele Majno in Riscossa Cristiana . "In addition to the smooth and slick passers by there will always be some stubborn 'Catholics who hold the rosary between their fingers and pray, rather than discuss some documents on socio-political issues, married priests, communion for remarried divorcees, tacit acceptance of abortion and vocal recognition of homosexuality, because they know that priests do not marry, sacramental marriage is indissoluble, and that homosexuality and the murder of innocent children are abominations that cry out for God's vengeance, "  said Majano.

Many bishops in Europe have remained silent too long

Bishop Galantino invented instead the assertion that he seems to have brought over one to one from Pope Francis, that the Church, so to speak has talked  too much   about abortion and could not constantly continue so one-sidedly.

From the words it is clearly apparent that life issues seem to get on Galantino's nerves.  The mass murder of unborn children isn't bothering him, but that there are Catholics who still point it out, although the rulers of this world have but decided on  their laws and therefore want to kill undisturbed.

Actually,  Bishop Galantino has claimed the exact opposite to be true. Many representatives of the Church, except the Popes (only since Pope Francis whose  pontificate's  papal attitude seems on the whole ambivalent) have been silent for decades on the subject of right to life. If they take a stand, then it is quite stealthily, so there's not too many to remember. An indictment against the biggest, industrially organized mass murder in human history you do not get to hear from the vast majority. It is much faster to enumerate the few bishops who have seriously  raised their personal voice against child murder with conviction, not as the tentative opinions, or roundabout explanations of the Episcopal Conferences.

Demonstrate with Abortion Lobbyists - Distancing from Pro-Lifers?

Bishop Ludwig Maria Schwarz of Linz, that Austrian diocese, which is a prime example of undersierable internal developments in the church in the German speaking areas, traveled to Vienna in order to participate last Wednesday at a "vigil" in front of the Federal Chancellery. He thus demonstrated against government cuts for NGOs for development cooperation. "We have a duty to provide assistance," rightly said the bishop. However, for the bishop it is not a problem   to show solidarity without distinction with organizations whose "development aid" participates in the promotion of abortion (keyword "reproductive health") .
Bishop Schwarz, however, was not seen on the street in order to demonstrate for the right to life  or to pray in front of an abortion clinic. An opportunity  would be available in Linz on Saturday, 17 May, where Human Life International Austria and the club Yes to Life invites you to a prayer vigil and among other things to the General Hospital of the city and the rosary for the right to life of mother and child pray against infanticide.

Questions to the Bishops

Bishop Galantinos "slip" was a few days after in Rome 4 March for Life was held in which more than 50,000 people took part, to demonstrate for life and against abortion. The lifers have thus provided evidence that the street does not belong only to those who demonstrate for the death. Is Galantinos  message to be understood in response to the March for Life? Therefore some questions to the bishops of the West:
1) Are the tens of thousands of people, priests, religious, children, adults, women, men and the elderly (including those who came in wheelchairs and on crutches), who drew representatives demonstrating marching for two hours in Rome's  Republic Square to St. Peter's Square  finally finding political recognition? Will the bishops relate a clear position, not only abstract,  for life, but specifically against the daily threat of abortion and the abolition of abortion murder laws?
2) From the 5th to the 19th of October, 2014, the Vatican Synod of Bishops will be held on the theme: "The pastoral challenges of the family in the context of evangelization." In the chapter Code of Canon Law (CIC) states to synodal assemblies (Canon 346.2): "Convened for the Extraordinary General Synod has to deal with matters that require a timely resolution." Do the concerns of lifers belong to the "affairs" that "require timely resolution"  (this is really a matter of life or death)?
3) The Pope said at the Angelus in St. Peter's Square to the 50,000 participants in the March for life in Rome (which  made   all the great Catholic lay associations and movements stand out  by their absence): "Good luck and forward".  When will the bishops follow the example of Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke and go at the first opportunity on the street to take part in the March for Life prayer vigils in their country and in front of abortion clinics and  appeal uncompromisingly for the right to life?

Conservative Linz Pastor Called to Rome: New Auxiliary for Linz?

I know nothing! Bishop Schwarz
© Pressefoto Bistum Linz
Something is Going on Behind the Scenes in the Scandal Diocese of Linz, Austria

It will not be simple for the Vatican to name a new Bishop for Linz.  Because in the meantime, Catholics are in the balance.

(kreuz.net) Linz diocesan insiders are estimating that there is going to be another attempt by Pope Benedict XVI., to name an Auxiliary Bishop for the scandal Diocese of Linz.

Previously it is being aired that this could be the case by Easter.

In the meantime most are of the opinion that the appointment won't happen till the summer.

An Episcopal Denial Means Nothing

On Sunday the Old Lieral Bishop Ludwig Schwarz of Linz spoke to the Viennese boulevard magazine, 'Krone'.

He denied that there is an impending appointment of an Auxiliary Bishop.

Actually, that doesn't mean much.

Nothing is known about the Content

Recently, the rejected Linz Auxiliary Bishop, Pastor Gerhard Maria Wagner of Windischgarsten has been called to Rome.

He may have become aware of this date himself.

There is nothing available surrounding the content of the discussion.

Bishop of Linz Continues Persecution of Priest

Edit: Father Skoblicki, a very conservative, Polish Pastor in Linz, Austria, was unjustly driven from his parish, only to be reinstated briefly. Subsequent to that, he announced that he would not be returning owing to his spent health. Well, as it turns out, he was forced to leave by the Bishop. It's on again, it's off again. It seems to us that the Bishop waited for the furor to calm down and reasserted his unjust treatment of the Polish priest. This isn't over. Remember Father Wagner?

Skoblicki tells KATH.NET:  He was forced to resign.  There was no evidence for the case raised against him.  Andreas Skoblicki wrote this in a letter.

Kopfing (kath.net) The well known Polish priest, Andreas Skoblicki, did not leave the Diocese of Linz willingly.  This is from a letter received by KATH.NET from the priest.  He was more "forced into this decision".

He had a meeting with Bishop Ludwig Schwarz last year on December 14th. At that time the Bishop had said, "that the Diocesan staff that I not return to Kopfing, or otherwise expressed: it would be better that I not return".  Further on the letter continues: "Today this evening I notified by Bishop Ludwig what was expected of me and said that I am being forced into this decision."

The Diocese of Linz had announced the resignation of Skoblicki as parish administrator of Kopfing.  In a press release the situation was represented as though Skoblicki had resigned on his own.  He had used his sick leave in order to consider the situation in the Parish and to observe recent developments from a distance, wrote the Diocese.  "On the 16th of December 2011 he had written Bishop Dr. Ludwig Schwarz his decision in writing, to no longer continue in his position up until now and resign his position as parish administrator of Kopfing on the 31st of December 2011.",  is how it appeared in the press release.  Bishop Schwarz, it continued, followed intently the priest's arguments and thanked him for his work in the parish of Kopfing and accepted his resignation.

KATH.NET has contacted the Diocese of Linz for a statement of a public explanation of Skoblicki's letter and the Diocese representation of the events.  The Diocese acknoweldged in its answer only the press release of December 16th without going into Skoblicki's statements.

He also  reported the situation with charges, which were directed against him, wrote Skoblicki.  Neither the ordinary nor the activists have given him evidence for the accusations.  He had not made the alleged statements.  "These are perverse lies, untruths, half truths, all kinds of manipulations and contortions," the priest wrote.

Pastor of Kopfing in Linz, May Stay!

Edit: if you've been following this, you might be surprised. They don't have anything on this priest and from what kath.net says, other Bishops, perhaps even the Holy Father himself, have stepped in to challenge this decision.

This has to be the first time in the post-Conciliar period, that a Bishop has decided to reverse a decision to dismiss a faithful priest.

Bishop Schwarz is taking back the dismissal of the Linz Pastor, Father Andrej Skoblici.

Linz (kath.net) Andrej Skoblicki is going to remain the Pastor in Kopfing, located in the province of Upper Austria.  The Diocese of Linz just published this information.

Bishop Ludwig Schwarz has published the following message:

The decision, made public on the 18th of September 2011, that Pastoral Administrator, Father Andrej Skoblicki, would be relieved of his duties in the Parish of Kopfing where he was assigned, has produced a very unusual reaction among the people of the Parish.

The most important reason for my decision, namely that there was a significant concern for the future of the Parish Community of Kopfing and that it endangered its unity, was not understood by many of the Faithful. Although I previously had discussions with participants of the various positions as well as the Parish Administrator himself, I have found a certain misunderstanding for my intention, and this showed itself also in the past days by the deep sadness of many in the Church and those tied to the Parish Administrator throughout the world. The original intention, which concerned the responsibility for leadership of the Parish of Kopfing to bring about peace, was not fulfilled the despite many a call for peaceful coexistence.

A further consideration for the planned and hasty decision depended in the interim on another priest. Unfortunately the candidate, who had originally accepted the task to mediate and reconcile the conflict, had recently withdrawn, for reasons that he chose to accept another situation. I have therefore found, that the foreseen dismissal of Father Andrzej Skoblicki for the 6th of October 2011, is withdrawn.

The Parish Administrator has assured me, that in the coming time he wishes renew his work to assure the good will of all of the people concerned. May the Faithful in Kopfing grow in insight and preparation for the future, also to take the good of others seriously, to bear with one another in patience and through steps of reconciliation as well as mutual esteem, give a witness of the call to be Christian.

Dr. Ludwig Schwarz SDB
Bishop of Linz

As KATH.NET has learned, there was a demonstration planned this weekend in front of the Diocesan Chancery. Now Pastor Skoblicki may remain the Pastor of Kopfing. As KATH.NET also learned there had been discussions on the Episcopal level in the back ground, that the planned ouster of Skoblicki by Schwarz was looked upon with open criticized by other Bishops. At last, Andreas Laun, the Auxiliary Bishop of Salzburg, had addressed the decision and spoke of an "inner-Church persecution of Christians". [It was a clearly self-destructive decision]

Pastor Andreas Skoblicki himself has shown himself to be happy over this decision along with KATH.NET. "This is naturally a new chance for the Parish of Kopfing, because the whole world is looking at us. I hope, that all the Faithful see this as a new chance." Skoblicki also hopes that all people, who call themselves Christians, will now show what it means to be Christian. "Jesus tells us: Love your enemies. All are waiting on and looking at us, and how we will respond. I would like all to say to all the people again, that a good new beginning is possible. We must forgive one another. This is our only chance. The Lord can heal the Parish in this manner."

Linz Bishop Will Reap the Bitter Harvest of the People's Anger

The Bishop of Linz has waltzed the beloved Pastor of Kopfing out of town. Now, the Catholic people's soul has been brought to a boil.

(kreuz.net) On the 18th of September Bishop Ludwig Schwarz (71) of Linz has dismissed beloeved Pastoral Administrator of Kopfing Andrzej Skoblicki (47) from his duties.

Because the clergyman directed a blooming parish, he was a thorn in the side of the anti-Church media bosses.

The People see through the Propaganda Journalism

The ally of the Bishops in the media lynching of Fr. Skoblicki was the anti-Church regional news Oberösterreichische Nachrichten’. [Upper Austrian News Service]

It sent an anonymous reporter to Kopfing last Sunday, who made and illegal photo and to acquire more propaganda material against Fr. Skoblicki.

He did not get to hear what he wanted to hear.

"I find it schocking what was done to Pastor Skoblicki!" -- the aper had to quote some of the faithful.

Or: "It woulda been better if they wrote what the truth is!" -- so the anger of thep people vented itself.

The Scandal Sheet Found no Scandal

The smear sheet took great pains to find someone who would throw some dirt on the clergyman.

It cited anonymously and deceitfully a supposed "Christoph M." in the article.

The Kopfingers stand so much behind their pastor that the regional paper had to offer this begrudging concession:

"The majority of the faithful, who gathered in front of the church after Mass, were sympathetic to the divine from Poland."

Fr. Skoblicki takes the Gospel seriously.

The Grand Nazi-Coalition

Fr. Skoblicki's "withdrawal" is even a humiliation for his mentor, Senior Pastor Alois Heinzl (89).

In an interview for the video website 'gloria.tv' he revealed what was behind the bond between the media bosses the Old Liberal Bishop and the enemies of the Pastor.

The village of Kopfing is an old Nazi Nest with a fine old tradition of aborting priests of Tradition.

The media tried to demonize this sermon. It was about Jesus, obedient even unto death:

Humorous Forms For the New Liturgy: Architectural Modernism

Editor: Bewildering, but not surprising. Notice how the indeterminate forms and bare spaces can accomodate ambiguity and foster religious indifferntism, that erroneous idea that all religions are equal.  This space could accommodate practically any event, a blood drive, a barmitzva, an autopsy, a house closing, almost anything, that is, except for the Mass of All Ages.

An Old Liberal Bishop has rolled out a wire table for the believers in a stilted presentation.

New Table in the Hospital Chapel in Klagenfurt

(kreuz.net, Klagenfurt) The Old Liberal Bishop Alois Scharz von Gurk has blessed a newly constructed hospital chapel in the city of Klagenfurt population 94.000.  The Diocese reported this from its press office at the beginning of December.  [Ho-ho-ho]

Klagenfurt am Wörtersee is the capital of Kärnten.

Bishop Schwarz took this opportunity to  consecrate a wire table, which could pass for a counter top.

The metal construction was designed by Architect Dietmar Feichtinger, who had planned the entire clinic.

The humorous form will serve as a table for the New Mass.

The Bishoip used the rite with oil, incense and fire -- which could have been used for an actual altar -- also for the wire table.

Every Wire Strand is an Apostle

For his Sermon, Bishop Schwarz dared a comical allusion.

The twelve wire strands which are fastened to the counter, represent in the tortured imagination of the Bishop, the Twelve Apostles:

"The close circle of friends around Jesus held this house and that table, on which the bread was broken and the wine, the blood of Christ served as the redemption of the world," he mystified.

According to the witness of the Gospel, there was only one apostle under the Cross -- namely John -- usually.

A Symbol of the New Desolation

The bare chapel was described by Bishop Schwarz as "sanctified and sanctifying place of the power of God".

He also thanked the alleged artist, Karl Brandstätter, the one who can be blamed for the inarticulate window glass in the desolate room.

The Bishop explained that people would find "the Savior" in that bare room.

"There are many people who have access to God, some, who seek him, som, who speak with him, without knowing who he is, and some, who still don't know him that he seeks, the God of their life"  -- testified Msgr Schwarz Soundwave.

Pope Benedict Won't Appoint Liberal Bishop's Choices for Auxiliary

Is the Linz Auxiliary Bishop on the Way?

Editor: considering the Vienna Cardinal's earlier attack against Pope Benedict's choice for auxiliary Bishop of the scandal Diocese of Linz, it might not be hard to see how Pope Benedict regards this situation, considering the embarrassment the Linz Bishop faces, lying to the press about the fact that Rome refuses to acknowledge any of his choices.

Bishop Schwarz denied to "Standard" - a rumour - that Rome has said "No", back -- fact is: The Bishop has already proposed a large number of people to Rome.

Linz (kath.net) The Linz Bishop Ludwig Schwarz has denied the "Standard" publicized rumour, that Rome supposedly has said "No" to a Linz Auxiliary Bishop.  "There isn't a single word in this report that's true!  Rome has not given me a refusal concerning this matter," said Schwarz to the "Linzer Kirchenzeitung" (LKZ).  The Linz Bishop has made known in any case, that the new Prefect required a time of "introduction and orientation in this matter".  As kath.net has learned from Roman Church circles, the Linz Bishop  Ludwig Schwarz has proposed an unusually large number of candidates to Rome.  Fact is, that till now none of the proposals have been accepted by Rome and this subject is explosive considering the forced resignation of Gerhard Maria Wagner.
